Customer Service Manager Vacancy

To keep up with the growth of the business we are now looking for a proven Customer Service Manager. Your role will be to oversee all aspects of customer service at Softwerx. You will be the main point of contact between the technical delivery teams and our customers, ensuring that high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved, and that projects and contracts run on time and to budget. For this role we are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual with several years of experience in the IT Sector in a similar role or organisation. The ideal candidate would have a combination of technical IT knowledge (especially Microsoft), strong communication skills, and excellent project management and customer relations ability.

Infrastructure Support Engineer Vacancy

Softwerx is looking for a proven Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our successful Service Delivery Team.

As part of this team you will be providing server, desktop and network IT support for a wide range of customers, both remotely and on-site. This role will be based from our Cambridge office, but working remotely as per COVID requirements.
